Mr Minnessi Glenn Kibikiwa.
His is a lecturer in the department of public Administration, the current faculty exam officer. He obtained his bachelor's degree on public Administration in ADSU, he also obtained his Masters degree on public administration in same institution, currently approaching his PhD in Administration.
Mr Glenn is married, a dedicated man of God, he's the service secretary of the Chapel. He like singing, dancing, studying etc.
He's a motivator to some students where his words yield successful results in some students life.
